Tune your body to hear the melody!
First visit to CUD
During the first visit, we conduct a detailed interview with you and carefully consider your needs. Then, after a friendly discussion, we form a suggested plan of action to accomodate you as best as possible. You will also receive additional recommendations for self-practice or routines to follow. We want to help you change your way of thinking and everyday habits in such a way that maintaining health and overall balance becomes easy. We are solution-oriented - we never judge our clients, but focus on aiding and assisting them in the best way possible.
East meets West
In our treatments, we combine various methods, such as: massage, biomassage, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, psychology, physiology, cosmetology or acupuncture, as well as eastern and western therapeutic modalities.
Effective therapy requires deep involvement on every level. Only a holistic approach, including the treatment of both the body and mind - which reflects our state of being to a great extent - has a chance to give positive results.
How do you live your life?
As modern people, we tend to be on a hamster wheel most of the time - constantly rushing, rarely giving a though to our well-being... we might think it's the norm, but what do our bodies think? Slow down for a bit, relax, take a few deep breaths and really ask yourself: "What am I doing to improve my well-being? How am I treating myself on a daily basis?"
While a complete solution takes time and commitment, a massage therapy is already a beautiful first step towards well-being, reflecting the need for changes in your life. Maybe you already know how to implement some others?
Hear your body calling
In reality, everyone is an expert on their own life - this is why the therapist's role is only to direct and bring out the natural potential of the client. We want to help you open up to the information coming from your body - to rediscover your innate wisdom. Dive into your mind and listen to your body - the answer will come more easily than you think.
